Simple-Energy-Solutions, LLC ships fast! The goal is to ship every order before the end of the next business day. In most cases, we achieve this goal. However, it's possible to periodically experience dramatic and unpredictable surges in demand for our products. When this occurs, everything in our power is done to respond, but order delays are sometimes unavoidable.
Shipping is included in all of our products for your convenience. The goal is to simply try to make life a little easier for our customers.
The cost to ship freight items (gas refrigerators, heaters, or large parts) is calculated with a personal quote if you are having it shipped to a place of residence. Your business address should have a loading dock or fork lift. Please call Sharon to help assist you...(715)479-1698.
Prices may be adjusted with customers approval if shipping cost are excessive.
It is the customer's responsibility to inspect merchandise carefully for any damage before leaving the terminal or signing disclosure forms.
Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada will be shipped USPS, shipping charges will be calculated at check out.
Some of the products Simple-Energy-Solutions, LLC sells require professional maintenance and installation. If you are uncertain as to a products application or intended use please consult with your local propane gas company or a qualified technician. Do not attempt the installation or repair of any propane gas appliance unless you are fully qualified to successfully complete the project.

Custom, special, and non-inventory orders are non-returnable, no exceptions.
Items purchased from empireheaterpartshop and northernpropaneproduct.com that are normally stocked at our warehouse are eligible to be returned with prior authorization and could be subject to a restocking charge. We accept returns fourteen days from receipt of merchandise. Merchandise must be unused and in its original packaging.
Occasionally, the Web site may contain incorrect or out of date information. Although we work hard to minimize this, we still reserve the right to make corrections.
