This is what its all about at Empire Heater Part Shop!!

Sorry for the delay in responding to the service and prompt friendly attention I received in my hour of need. My service provider of forty +/- years without notice changed from a full service provider, i.e. sales, service, and fuel to one of fuel provider. Service provider notice was non existent and If it were not for me requesting routine service for my two Empire Space Heaters I would have remained "in the dark". A problem was identified with one of the heaters requiring an igniter and a thermal coupler and now the real problem commenced with the service provider doing absolutely nothing and not notifying me of them doing absolutely nothing.

Now comes the service of a Company that appreciates its customers through prompt, courteous attention. I placed my request via phone message on Saturday not expecting a response till Monday. Well, was I surprised when I received a phone call from your representative on Sunday who took my order and necessary information. She also informed of when the pieces would be shipped and the expected time of arrival to my residence in Canada. Along with this immediate attention were e-mail updates. To your credit all dates as stated were met.

A simple thank you feels so inadequate for the service and attention I received, but, a sincere THANK YOU is provided from the heart.

PS Upon receipt of the parts, I notified the service provider that I had the required parts as per those identified by them and after missing the first prearranged appointment to install said parts, on the second pre arranged appointment the parts were finally installed. All is working well considering it only took three months from the initial request for routine maintenance service to the completed order.
